Terms and Services
I'm not a fan of long ass TOS's to read through, so let me keep it simple!
by commissioning or receiving a character from me you consent to any and all of terms I have, even without reading them.
Commission TOS
Payment is either upfront or half upfront, never after.
Please give me time to finish your art! I have a busy life. I will do my best to keep you updated!
You will receive updates every now and then, meaning I'll provide you with pictures of the sketch, lineart, flat, and the finished piece. Inbetween steps you can ask for changes if you want any.
If you want to step out of the commission, I will charge you for the work I have already completed and will refund the rest to you.
You can share my art wherever you want as long as I get credit. you cannot sell my art for commercial purposes (i.e. make money off of my work in form of prints and similar) selling my art as part of a character sale is allowed, as long as my art is credited within!
I will use my pieces for advertisement, meaning I might share any drawing I made for you on social media or use as art examples.

Adoption TOS
by buying/trading/recieving a character by me, gives all the rights of said character to you. you may trade/sell/regift any of my designs/characters you recieve from me. the only thing I'm asking for is credit for my art and original design!
Blacklist!
People that are not allowed to commission me or own any of my characters.
